During this 120 min Laboratorio I will be guiding you through the importance of understanding how to eat according to your own unique metabolism. Instead of following other people’s suggestions, or diets that may not be ideal to harmonizing your own system, you will learn about your and your body alone.

Harmony within our physiology creates harmony within our minds and emotions, therefore, it influences directly how we interact with the outside world. By balancing our blood sugar and understanding how our meals are suppose to look and how often are we to eat based on our own unique body type, is the first step to taking our power back.

The class will be divided in two different VIDEOS and the duration of each Laboratorio is between 50-60 minutes.

Part 1:

The first class will include, a meditation, the intro to eating, how to choose the healthiest foods, and how to eat according to your own unique metabolism in order to balance your body and mind . You will receive detailed instructions and written material to perform your own test at home during the first week after the class.

Part 2:

The second class will include a closing meditation/intention setting, the reviewing of your test results together, and a suggested menu to support your own metabolic type. In addition to that, you will get recipes and detailed information on how to support your lifestyle.
