If you've felt alone and disconnected, join us on Monday, March 31st, as we co-create "The Circle" experience.

When we come together as women, we get to break all conditioning of comparison and judgment, and needing to be better than each other. We get together and each other's beauty no longer threatens us, we can celebrate each other's beauty.

We can celebrate the full expression of another woman because as she does it, I see the part of me that is expressing itself through her, and she is not taking anything away from me, she is adding to my life, and inspiring me to allow myself to be more, to feel more, its a huge gift of inspiration, I call it LIFE VITAMIN.

During our time together, we will support each other to activate our glow and essence as we gather in sacred rituals. Every circle is different and guided with various ancestral practices to reset and recharge you.

When women come together, alchemy is possible and we co-regulate our nervous systems.

Let's turn on towards life, together.

Please wear comfortable clothes to exercise, and bring a journal and a pen to write down anything that might catch your attention. Your water bottle to refill (I will have water available) and your open heart.

See you on Monday, March 31st at a private home in Sunrise (we will send you address once you register)

The Circle will begin at 10:00 am sharp and we will meet in ceremony until 12:pm. Please arrive on time.

As you approach the space, do so with reverence, you will encounter sacred women who stand in a vulnerable space to give and receive the most beautiful love available.
